In general, I am about practicing shaolin martial arts, rocking on the drums, working out at the gym, keeping up with the latest in technology, automobiles, and absorbing anything new and interesting. I am also interested in meeting new people, traveling the world, participating in various physical activities, and learning about cultures and languages.
Currently, I’m working on mobile technologies such as the iOS, Android and BlackBerry platforms. I’m also eagerly planning to do creative art designs with Photoshop/Illustrator and integrating them into Flash/Flex applications.
I am a graduate from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelors Degree in Computer Science with a specialist in Software Engineering. I have strong object-oriented programming skills, best design practices, and experience with Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC). I also possess over three years of professional work experience in software development at IBM’s Toronto Lab, MTHIRTY and Research In Motion working with various web technologies and graphics tools. Since graduating, I have been focused on making an exciting and dynamic career.
I am very eager to learn new skills and apply them immediately, as I’m quick at learning. My approach is to be open, proactive, flexible and adaptable. A positive can-do attitude fuels my work ethic.
